Kwik-Sert® - Steel - M6

Kwik-Sert®, which is only available to purchase through InsertsDirect, is a versatile metal threaded insert. These self-tapping, screw-in inserts can be installed quickly and efficiently, due to its unique hexagon drive. There's no need for specialist tooling, a simple Allen key or hex key can be used to install it.

Available in hardened steel-plating, they are designed for use in multiple applications including light metal alloys, such as aluminium, castings, extrusions and fabrications. 

The quality, self-cutting thread design requires less driving torque without the need for specialist equipment and results in a load bearing thread with a very high pull-out and torque performance.

Our Kwik-Sert® products are available in pack sizes of 10, 100 and 1,000 with a brass option, suitable for plastic applications – Kwik-Sert® Brass.
