Our Heatfit Installation Machine is the perfect tool for manually installing our brass inserts into thermoplastic materials, allowing for quick and easy installation of both headed and unheaded versions. This machine uses a heat staking method to install inserts into drilled or moulded holes. This ensures a perfect flow of plastic for maximum retention and performance, being suitable for all types of thermoplastic materials.
We also supply the cartridge heaters and insulation bushes needed for effective maintenance of the machine. The appropriate installation tips can also be purchased to suit the corresponding size of your insert, ranging from M3 – M8.
